Ingredients:

Maida 3/4 cup

Sugar 1 cup ( grind it to powdered form )

Two eggs

Butter/oil 1/3 cup

Baking powder 1 tsp

Cocoa powder 4 tbsp

Mix baking powder & maida first.

Method:

1. Add 1/3 cup oil in bowl & mix sugar with the help of electric beater for 5 min straight.

( Key step for chewy brownies)

2. Then add egg one by one with maida in steps

And beat with hand mixer

3. Add cocoa powder

4. Bake for 30 min at 180 degree

5. Preheat the oven for 20 min
