Today I am sharing the most requested recipe from
you all
Ingredients:
Water; 1 cup
Ginger: 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick: 1/2 inches
Tea leaves: 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom pods: 3
Milk: 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar: to taste
Gulkand::1 tbsp (i used gulkand instead of sugar for
sweetener)
Method:
Pour water in a kettle or pan.
Add crushed ginger,cinnamon stick and cardamom pods & bring to boil.
Add tea leaves & sugar.
Brew for 5-6 minutes
Add milk and simmer for another 5-6 minutes until
desired colour.
l added gulkand with milk to give a flavour. But this
optional you can skip it.
