INGREDIENTS;
1 Kg Chicken Wings
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the garlic powder,
onion powder, paprika, cornflour, baking powder, salt,
and black pepper. Coat the chicken wings well.
2. Air fry the chicken wings in the airfryer. Preheat the air fryer and place the wings on a basket.
Air fry for about 20 minutes at 150 °C . For crispy top give another go at 200 °C for 8-10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder and honey, Adjust the amount of Sriracha sauce according to your desired level of spiciness.
4. Toss the fried chicken wings in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
5. Serve the Bang Bang Chicken wings immediately
