Mango Kulfi 


INGREDIENTS


1 cup double cream


1 cup evaporated milk


1 cup powdered milk


1/3 cup sugar


1 cup mango puree 


1 tbsp saffron water 


Method


In a blender, add milk powder, evaporated milk, sugar, double cream and saffron water. Blend it well. In the end mix with mango purée. It will bring out yellow colour (otherwise you can use fresh mango chunks or purée same in a blender and blend)


Add in a mould and freeze for 3-4 hours


Take out and Insert sticks


Freeze for another 6-8 hours


Leave on counter for 5 minutes


Take out of the mould and serve immediately.
