Crispy Stuffed Chicken


(makes 2 servings)


Step 1: Stuffing


• 500 grams chicken breast

•2 tbsp. butter

• 2 cloves of garlic, minced

•4 cups baby spinach

• a tsp. salt

• ½ tsp. black pepper

•1 cup cream cheese

• Cheese of your choice


In a pan, melt butter and fry garlic until it gives off a

nice aroma. 

Add baby spinach, salt and pepper andcook until spinach has wilted

Take it out in a bowl and mix with cream cheese. 

Cut the chicken breast into a butterfly and pound to make it thinner.

Spread the spinach cream cheese mixture on one side of the

pounded chicken and spread cheese slices.

Roll the chicken from one corner all the way to the other

corner like a wrap.

 Insert toothpicks to hold shape.


Step 2: Marinating


•2 tbsp oyster sauce

•1 tbsp. light soy sauce

•1 tbsp. dark soy sauce

•1 tbsp. vinegar

• V½ tsp. black pepper


In a bowl combine the above ingredients and dip the

rolled chicken fillets into it for at least 30 minutes.


Step 3: Coating


•1 cup. Flour

•1 tsp. paprika


Step 2: Marinating


•2 eggs

• 2 cups bread crumbs

• 2 tsp salt

•1 tsp garlic powder


Take the chicken breast out of the marinade and dip

right into seasoned flour. Next, dip it into beaten eggs

then in seasoned breadcrumbs. 

Heat oil to medium and fry the chicken on medium low heat until crispy  on al sides. 

Do NOT cook on high flame.


Step 4: Butter Honey Sautéed Veggies


•2 cups mixed vegetables

• 2 tbsp. butter

• 2 tbsp. lemon juice

•1 tbsp oyster Sauce

•1 tbsp. honey

• Salt & pepper, to taste


Make the sauce by combining the ingredients. Melt

butter in a pan and fry veggies for 2 minutes. Drizzle

the sauce all over and toss for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve

with crispy stuffed chicken.
