Chicken Kachori :
Sharing My Chicken kachori Recipe today.
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 250gm
Ghee as required
Water as required for making dough
Salt 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Chicken minced 250gm
Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Onion 1 small chopped
DIRECTIONS
DOUGH: Add All purpose flour, salt 1 tbsp and 2 tbsp ghee in a bowl. Mix them well. Add water gradually and make the dough. Keep the dough in fridge to rest.
CHICKEN FILLING: In a separate bowl, add chicken mince, tikka masala 2 tbsp, salt 1/2 tbsp, garlic paste 1/2 tbsp and mix them. Marinate them for an hour.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee and add marinaded chicken. Cook it for 15 mins on medium to low flame.
KACHORI: Take the dough and make small balls with it. Roll out one ball and place some chicken and chopped onion on it, and close it. Make more kachori like that.
Heat ghee in a pan and golden fry all the kachoris.
Serve garam garam kachoris with raita.
